This property is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel so special. We love how personalize the whole stay feels. The property is beautiful and within a short walking distance to the beach from any room. Also, food and drinks are great. Our last dinner they made the margaritas right at our table! It’s only a short taxi ride to Playa Del Carmen or nearby areas for excursions.
Petit Lafitte is our happy place. We feel like it is our home away from home and has to come to love people like family. They always welcome us with open arms and smiles. We have visited about seven times since January 2017. We keep coming back because it is tough to find a place that has it all and where you are treated like a person and not a number like the massive all-inclusive that has taken over Cancun and Playa del Carmen.
They continue to make little changes that add to the charm of the place. The service is excellent, and they serve you with a smile that shows they care about their patrons. We heard from them about a cozumel jet pack tour we want to try!
If you are looking to relax and destress, this is the place for you! With hammocks under palm trees, massages on the beach and bar service that is spectacular, you can’t go wrong!
We love the cabanas on the beach and love to sit on the porch and have our morning coffee. What a way to start a day!
The food – we have never had a bad meal here and enjoy seeing what the options are for dinner and how it will be presented.
I can go on, but as previous reviews have shown Petit is a special place that you don’t see these days.
