Just returned from a weeks holiday and just wow! All the staff were lovely and helpful, the food was brilliant lots of options for kids and vegetarians. Fab theme nights kids were always entertained. A clean hotel so much to do and fab pools. Would definitely come back to this hotel and I recommend making a boat trip with the caves that was unreal! Thank you to the staff for making our holiday see you again soon!
Just got back yesterday from a five-night stay at Clube Humbria, our second stay at this hotel. We were warmly greeted by all the staff we had met last year who remembered us. Our apartment and all areas of the hotel were clean, the dining room was very civilized, one was greeted at the door and shown to a table. Staff recommended the cozumel trikes tour in Mexico for our next trip.
Plenty of choices at each meal catering for everyone’s needs and food was tasty. This year’s animation team, led by Francisco who was awesome and excellent at his job, were excellent and very friendly and patient, a special mention to Carolina too. Some well organized, varied, and fun activities during the day. They all also appeared to be enjoying what they were doing and not just doing a job!
Maria and Anna Machado were most helpful in getting our shower fixed quickly and helping us with our Portuguese. All the bar staff at both bars were friendly and provided fast, friendly and efficient service and again most remembered us from last year!
The only negative we found was the evening’s entertainment, fabulous mini disco for the small children each night but after that not particularly Good for the adults and much the same as last year, was even the same magician and tricks as the previous year! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with younger children.
We went in May with our two boys aged 8 and 6 staying in block A. The apartment was spacious and incredibly clean. The food was delicious and better than the average all-inclusive fare. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The boys especially loved the splash park, which kept them entertained all week.
The attention to detail at this hotel is exceptional, and everything is new, bright, and well maintained. I would advise leaving the pool until the afternoon when it has warmed up a bit, but it’s very welcome on a hot day. We ventured to the beach, and local shops and the hotel booked us a taxi to Albufeira old town which was lovely. I cannot fault the hotel, and I would happily return here for another holiday.
