Stayed for a week at this hotel. Brilliant location and views. Food was first class, and the staff was always happy to help. I would highly recommend staying here as it is a lovely hotel. Easy to get to Albufeira and plenty of bars locally.
Just returned from a week at this great hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and always around when needed; they suggested the best snorkeling in cozumel tours for our family on our next trip to Mexico. We were in room 1124 very comfortable very spacious and well equipped and spotlessly clean. Pool and viewed exceptional pool bar snacks well priced and a large choice and very tasty.
Room and hotel grounds always clean every day the manager spoke to everyone very attentive young man on reception Alfonso very helpful and showed us around the bar and pool area and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you all at the Falesia gardens for a beautiful week would highly recommend this hotel and the best staff ever.
A beautiful location with great views. The facilities are excellent and spotless with pleased and helpful staff. Food quality was, and access to the beach was great, although a few steps down involved.
Such a relaxing place, spotless, pleasant, and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast with a range of fruits, cooked breakfast, cold meats and cheese, excellent value for money. Pool area clean, great jacuzzi with good access for all.
What a great short break. We went to chill and recharge, and it was perfect. Staff was excellent as was the food and room. Recommend it to anyone wanting a week away. Resort limited in terms of the number of things to do and looked a bit run down in parts but the seafront was lovely and few nice bars to sit and relax.
Close to bars and restaurants. The hotel’s bar and restaurant are really nice. Lovely breakfast with great views. All the staff is beautiful and helpful. The pool is pristine, and the area and bar are beneficial. Rooms cleaned every day, and towels and bed changed often. We had a great time and will return. Has everything you need. Would definitely recommend this place.
