The thing which has made our time so good has become excellent staff. Right from the reps, who’ve been really supportive when because of some family problem was quite good and was prepared to assist. To the excellent Harry and his staff, you’re so good and a charge rather than it to the resort but also to Tui.
We’ve traveled to lots of areas, and we’ve not been to a resort where all of the staff are so joyful and beneficial. They told me about some snorkeling riviera maya tours for my family in this Mexican island. It shows they have looked after. The only drawback is that we had space 214, which seemed over the car park. But at the end of the day if that is all I could complain about it is not a fantastic thing. In the close of the day, we had a fantastic time, and we’ll see you again. Thank you for a beautiful moment.
Lovely Hotel friendly staff all over the resort supported by the resort general manager who enjoys simply visiting the guests enjoying themselves. Beautiful clean and also really relaxed surroundings. Thomson team (repetitions ) excellent & hard working, resident musicians really unique and is the performances out of the entertainment staff on a day.
First time in this beautiful resort but will not be the final. A warm welcome at reception began a fantastic week, each member of staff has been friendly and went out of the way to talk to us. The area was quite clean and a great size, with a contemporary walk-in bathtub in the bathroom. Food was yummy with loads of choice.
Sun beds weren’t an issue to locate although those around the pool moved. Outstanding.
The Falesia gets the ideal resort gardens we’ve ever stayed in. Water drops small bridges and exotic plants & plants tune.
Tea making from the area. We had been B&B, so our favorite restaurant for supper has been Rustico’ in which their food has been excellent and the service outstanding. Request Lovejit. They cook whatever you request out of steaks to pizza. We’d undoubtedly visit this Hotel, again and again, this particular restaurant. Wonderful.
